eileen, your art is quite amazing to me. i love the collaging and decidedly flat but strong style of the first one. the thicker lines and the little stylized border remind me of a more postmodern art nouveau, nouveau. and i really like the second one with the very fluid background and the soft almost oillike figure. the flowers also give it that decorative touch.
bravo you're a summer savior. post more if you can find the time. we're dying in here.
eileen these distortions are amazing. I don't know anything about art but the first one is a really cool take on art nouveau. I hope you are having a good time at art high.
