Wednesday, November 15, 2006A song (mp3)I recorded this with my friend Kevin in about the span of two hours with no forethought. We were bored and decided to make a song with "multiple parts" and "transitions" and this is what we came up with. The title is some quickly contrived pun on 2 Jethro Tull albums.Passionate As A Brick
Comments:
there's something enjoyably hypnotic about this little piece. i like it quite a lot. the "transitions" worked out especially well, with all the overlaps.
i love this. tell me more about it. what did you use to make it? it's so wild but organic.
i'd be so happy if more music happened here.
i used one program: audacity. theres a harmonica with a reverb effect towards the end, the acoustic guitar is in new standard tuning, there is a quira being scraped through most of the song, i broke a tupperware bowl in that middle part while hitting it and a frying pan.
